Bruges' City Ramparts

The green city belt consists of 26 hectares of green land. This green belt forms a 7-km loop around the city with cycling and walking paths. If you walk all the way around, you will pass 4 medieval city gates, windmills, the yacht harbour, etc.

This green zone is located near Bruges' train station. For almost a century, the train arrived at this very spot, but when the station was moved, the old tracks were transformed into a new city park.

This botanical park is located in the centre of the city. The beautiful pond with fountain and the romantic pavilion are surrounded by large trees. There is also a spacious playground, where children can enjoy playing.
